How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you make a purchase using your Ladysmith Federal Visa Debit Card. These points can then be redeemed at the point of sale with the UChoose Pay with Points program OR online for cash back, gift cards, Apple products, travel, and even merchandise from BestBuy.com.

Can I earn additional points?

Yes! You can earn additional UChoose Reward points when you shop at participating retailers online or when we have an extra points promotion. You can view a complete list of participating retailers when you log into your online banking – My Cards – then Rewards.

Where can I earn points?

You can earn points everywhere your card is accepted.

What can I redeem my points for?

It's your choice. You can redeem your points for literally thousands of options, whether it is airline tickets, event tickets, or products such as electronics and hi-tech gadgets, apparel, spa treatments, cash back, or more! The list goes on and on. Browse the redemption section to see all the exciting options available to you.

When can I redeem my points?

It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must generally accumulate 1,500 points before you can redeem your points. After that, you can redeem for any number of amazing items. Simply look for your "Total Points Available for Redemption" on the Point Details page to see how many points you have available for redemption.

Where can I view my point activity?

Click on My Rewards to view all the points you've recently earned, how many are available for redemption, and your redemption history.

You will be able to click on the "Account" tab to see the same details for all cards on the account or linked to your account.

What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points are not showing up?

It can take up to 30 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 30 days, please call us at (715) 532-3389 for assistance.

What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will be accessible by the new card, if it is on the same account. Once you receive your new card, you will not need to re-register on the uChoose Rewards website. Simply log in as you do today, and you will see the new card and current points balance.

If you get a new card and a new account, please ensure we manually move the points from the old account to the new account within 30 days of the original card’s closure or your points will be burned off automatically.

What will happen to my points if my card account gets closed?

You have up to 30 days after account closure to request the points to be redeemed into cash back deposited in another account or converted to a statement credit applied to another account.

If someone manages to get access to my UChoose Rewards username and password, can they redeem my points?

Yes, they can redeem your points if the login information is compromised and used improperly. Contact us immediately at (715) 532-3389 to conduct an investigation; if necessary, we will close your card and issue a new one to prevent further fraudulent activity. 

Can I return my redemption item, and if yes, how do I do it?

Some redemption items can be returned, and some cannot. To understand the various redemption policies and processes, please review the Terms and Conditions.

I can’t log in to my UChoose Rewards account. What should I do?

First, if you forgot your login credentials, try using the “Forgot your Username” or “Password” options available on the UChoose Rewards login page.

Also, verify that the email address you are using matches the email address we currently have on file at the bank. These must match in order to access your account.

I’m not receiving notifications when registering or recovering my username/password.

When registering or recovering your account information, your name must be entered exactly as it appears on your debit card, including:

  • ALL CAPITAL LETTERS
  • Middle Name vs. Middle Initial
  • Spacing and spelling exactly as it appears on the card

Even small differences can prevent the system from recognizing your account.

I think I may be locked out of my account.

I’m still having trouble accessing my account. What else can I try?

If it has been quite a while since your last login, you may need to re-register for your UChoose Rewards account instead of trying to recover your previous login information.
