April 15–20, 2024 Ladysmith Federal participated in the Wisconsin Bankers Association Power of Community Week.
We are honored to do our part to empower our community.
We provided snack baskets to employees of the Rusk County Sheriff's Department and City of Ladysmith Police Department, hosted shred week, and co-hosted the Rusk County Chamber of Commerce 5:05 event along with Heart of the North Brewing Company.
April 22 - 26, 2024 Ladysmith Federal celebrated National Teach Children to Save Day.
Kat and Carol spent some time with students at the Ladysmith, OLS, Flambeau, and Bruce Elementary Schools K-2nd grade classes.
They read the book "A Boy, a Budget, and a Dream" written by Jasmine Paul. The students learned about saving money, creating a plan, and sticking to it and discussed what they can do at home to earn money to help them work towards meeting their savings goals.
